There are not many restaurants that serve tasty food in a nice decor in Bellevue, but Monsoon is a very nice option that has never disappointed us.
We discovered Monsoon eight years ago in Seattle (615 19th Avenue East) and really enjoyed having dinner there.
Bellevue and Seattle restaurants are also open for lunch.
